The DPA 4017B Shotgun Microphone is part of the acclaimed d:dicate™ microphone series, meaning that capsules and preamplifiers are interchangeable between other d:dicate and d:facto products. This allows for infinite possibilities when creating your own pristine location recording microphone collection. Key features of the DPA 4017B are it's incredibly low weight (68grams), extreme off-axis rejection; due to the combination of interference tube and supercardioid capsule design, and the two selectable filters for high-frequency boost and low-frequency roll off.
