The sE Electronics X1A is a studio condenser microphone with a cardioid polar pattern. The X1A is almost impossible to beat at this price point. You get a high-quality condenser mic with a 2/3” capsule, that is extremely well constructed and sounds crisp and clear. Key features that are rare at this price, are a switchable 20dB pad and a low cut filter at 100Hz.
